ІННОВАЦІЙНІ ІНСТРУМЕНТИ ЗЕЛЕНОГО ФІНАНСУВАННЯ ДЛЯ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Розширення джерел екологічного фінансування набуває особливого значення для України, проте зростання боргового навантаження обмежує можливості державного фінансування екологічних проєктів і програм. Досліджено питання формування додаткових джерел фінансування заходів для відновлення пошкоджених у результаті військових дій екосистем та екологічної інфраструктури в Україні. Розкрито зміст та особливості використання інноваційних інструментів екологічного та кліматичного фінансування на основі трансформації частини державного боргу в інвестиції для формування чистого та безпечного довкілля. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз основних інструментів «зеленої конвертації боргу»: Bilateral Debt-for-Nature Initiatives, Debt-for-Nature Swaps, Debt-for-Climate Swaps, визначено перспективи та обмеження їхнього запровадження в умовах повоєнного відновлення економіки України.
