ANALYTICAL TOOLKIT FOR POINT RE-ENGINEERING OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF A COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue of developing analytical tools for point reengineering of business processes to reduce time and financial costs for the transformation of the current business of commercial enterprises of Ukraine. The key stages of the application of the developed analytical tools of point reengineering of business processes are considered: construction of a spiral model of a commercial enterprise according to the type of functioning; construction and analysis of the current business model of a commercial enterprise of the 1st level (superficially); decomposition of the 2nd and 3rd levels of the business model of a commercial enterprise; step-by-step modeling of inefficient business processes with detected deviations; simulation analysis (system dynamics) with calculation of the effectiveness of the current model of a commercial enterprise; preparation of business process adjustment measures; establishment of critical control points over vulnerable elements of business process execution; development and implementation of a motivational KPI system for each control critical point; validation and verification of business processes, after correction; performance of corrective actions as necessary; visualization of the monitoring system for the stable functioning of business processes. For the effective transformation of the business of a commercial enterprise or the reengineering of business processes, the following recommendations were developed and provided: building a model of the organization in the form of surface decomposition, taking into account the characteristics of the internal and external environment; construction and analysis of the work of all interaction links of business processes and their flows; identification of problems of conflict between the management and other branches of the commercial enterprise, which demotivates the staff and reduces the overall efficiency of the commercial enterprise; point determination of the efficiency of a specific business process, using the formed data matrix for simulation analysis; determination of control critical points that are permissible in business processes; formation of a motivational and bonus system based on the KPI and KKT system; formation of a unified system for monitoring the effective functioning of business processes of a commercial enterprise.
