PROFESSIONAL AND TERRITORIAL MOBILITY OF THE STUDENT OF SPECIALIZATION "HRM AND LABOR ECONOMICS" KYIV NATIONAL ECONOMIC UNIVERSITY NAMED AFTER VADYM HETMAN ON THE LABOR MARKET
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to analyze and develop recommendations on the professional and territorial mobility of a student specializing "HRM and Labor Economics" Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman on the labor market. The method of sociological research, the readiness of students to specialize in emigration under favorable conditions for their globalization, their reluctance to be a low-skilled labor force under the condition of emigration have been investigated; their level of professional knowledge for competitive ability in the labor market and the possession of professional IT programs and social networks. It has been substantiated that the opportunities and the level of use of specialized IT technologies by students at the university, especially the reluctance to be a low-skilled workforce, the specifics of the level of professional knowledge necessary for the labor market and aspects of reluctance to emigrate. As a result of the study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) the respondents were partially ready to emigrate under favorable conditions for them. It has been indicated that 35.26 % of respondents want to migrate from the country, 31.79 % do not want to, and 32.37 % want to migrate under certain conditions. In the presence of opportunities to migrate, the respondents indicated that 46.24 % of migrants migrated, 35.84 % were not identified, and 17.92 % of respondents did not agree to migrate. Future HRs understand the market trends and the difference in the mental attitudes of generations X, Y, Z; 2) Graduates of the specialty "Personnel Management and Labor Economics" Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman are not ready to work as unskilled labor abroad. 17.34 % of the respondents were not identified with the answer; 3) respondents are competitive in the labor market, since they have experience, know 1 language on average at level В1. Every 4 respondents study foreign language in addition, every 3 respondents go to professional courses. Almost all have experience (83.87 %), that is, they work and study at the university; 4) 2/3 of respondents have a high level of use of professional IT technologies partly confirmed. Thus, the respondent in the middle has 3.5 networks or messengers. 58.96 % of respondents have professional technologies at an adequate level or higher. The authors have proposed directions of improvement of the educational process taking into account the results of a sociological survey for the specialization "HRM and Labor Economics".
