APPLICATION OF LOGISTIC MODELS OF INVENTORY MANAGEMENT IN THE FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

In the current unstable economic environment, the process of optimization of logistics processes should be defined in the activities of technologically complex industrial enterprises. The need for the existence of foreign economic actors is that it is acute and the logistics are there to support them. Not enough people go to the auction and their own services, opened from warehouse enterprises that manage the logistics of the enterprise, which requires successful study of topical research issues, and require the development of theoretical basic and practical recommendations for managing legal issues, or outsource them. Information - methods are based on general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, forecasting, abstraction, modeling, system analysis). The study revealed issues of a theoretical nature: information and change to improve logistics processes were presented, analyzes of modern methods of the Logistics Process Committees were revealed. In addition, the developed matrix moves to outsourcing entities that exist more effectively, and using the possible problems and levels that must pass before any decision is made. Two outsourcing transition matrices were analyzed, D. Khlebnikov's outsourcing matrix, and the matrix were decided to outsource V.G. Shadrina. The conducted analyzes of expediency have transferred the process of receipt of the by-product of foreign economic activity for outsourcing. The results of the study raise the question of what outsourcing requires. In addition, provide guidance on formulating an outsourcing contract that should meet the essential requirements: encourage submission to anyone providing services; provide flexibility, so as not to impede the work of the customer and not restrict the delivery of new technologies and methods; being simple enough to make sure that all the metrics available allow you to clearly evaluate quality services. The key criterion that makes the decision to outsource is outsource any other business function, leveraging its effectiveness, using a new tool. After all the research, the decision to transfer part of the logistics function of the company is considered appropriate, and is recommended for consideration by the management of the entity.
