MODELING FORMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS AS A ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OBJECT

Abstract

The object of the study is the analysis of forms of implementation of public-private partnership as an object of economic analysis. In the course of the research, the forms of implementation of public-private partnerships in Ukraine have been identified. It has been determined that concession is a special and specific form of realization of publicprivate partnership and its distinction from other forms is determined. The article considers the elements of the concession as a form of realization of public-private partnership. The study allowed the construction of a public-private partnership model, implemented through a concession as an object of economic analysis. The presented model of realization of public-private partnership through concession indicates that this form is a complex, multidisciplinary and complex object of economic analysis. The study provides an opportunity to develop the doctrine of the object of economic analysis and its importance in providing information needs of different participants in socioeconomic relations. The provision of public-private partnership as the object of economic analysis is the basis for the formation of its organizational provisions in terms of the stages of application of analytical procedures and the mechanism for the application of analytical procedures.
