BUSINESS STRATEGIES AS UNIQUE COMPETENCES IN THE PROCESS OF THE STRATEGY MANAGEMENT IN CORPORATE CULTURE ON MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article substantiates the possibilities of business strategies, which are the basis of the competitive advantage of machine - building enterprises. The basic measures for strengthening of strategic position and internal functions of machine - building enterprises have been revealed. The compliance of strategies of their subdivisions with general corporate strategies and goals, at enterprises has been considered. The process of development of goals and strategies for management hierarchy in the corporate culture has been presented. The main factors influencing the development of the strategy of the enterprise are noted, their interaction and influence on the created strategy have been considered. During the study, the factors of the environment were identified, namely, opportunities and threats to the conditions of competition, economic, social, political, legal. Factors of the internal environment are based on common values, corporate culture, competence and competitive ability, strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, and others. It has been determined by limiting the factors and types of factors that impede the choice of strategic actions for enterprises; as well as criteria for assessing and identifying the benefits of a strategy. Priority principles for choosing the right strategy are formulated to avoid an unsuccessful strategy in machine-building enterprises in the corporate culture.
