THE STUDY OF INDICATORS FOR ASSESSING THE PERFORMANCE OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The article considers the economic foundations of the "efficiency" category as a scientific problem and the object of management. Proposals for clarification of the conceptual apparatus of the essence of "efficiency" term are presented. The article is devoted to the research of indicators of evaluation of the management of the industrial enterprises efficiency. The indicators of economic and social efficiency of production, which are closely interconnected and interdependent, are determined. The solution of problems connected with the creation of system complex evaluation, based on an integrated approach, which defines the quantitative and qualitative parameters of the industrial and economic activity of the enterprise is proposed. It is proved that the attraction of capital investments can expand production if using effective approaches, but the current lack of investment requires an increase in their economic efficiency. It is possible due to the creation and implementation of a measure set to solve the problem. The dynamics of capital investment development according to sources of financing in Ukraine for 2015-2017 has been analyzed. It is proved that in order to improve the investment climate, activisation of investment processes in attracting funds from state and local budgets, domestic and foreign investment resources are needed to create favorable conditions that will ensure a stable economic growth and improvement of quality of the population’s life. It is revealed that a well-organized system of financing creates basic settings for effective management, solves the problem of enterprise survival, contributes to its sustainability and development.
