THEORETICAL BASICS OF MANAGERIAL DECISION-MAKING TO PROVIDE SUSTAINABLE FUNCTIONING OF A MINING ENTERPRISE
Abstract
The paper concerns formation of theoretical basics of managerial decision-making to provide sustainable functioning of mining industry enterprises. It has been demonstrated that management of an enterprise can be considered as sustainable one if it provides its being on homeokinetic plateau which geometry and structure vary constantly under the effect of numerous factors of internal medium and external one. It has been substantiated that sustainable functioning of mining enterprises as complex stationary systems depends upon their sustainability as for the influence of a set of factors of internal medium and external medium. It has been substantiated that specifity of mining enterprises is in their work object, i.e. mineral deposits which mining forms a set of factors of natural component of the enterprise sustainable functioning. It has been demonstrated that along with the natural component, groups of factors of technical and organizational, ecological, financial and economic as well as social and labour components, which totality forms anthropogenic constituent, effect functioning sustainability of a mining enterprise. It has been proposed to determine indices of the sustainability of components and the sustainability elements as well as generalizing index of enterprise functioning sustainability as a whole as average geometrical of partial indices reduced to comparable form using taxonometric technique. It has been demonstrated that it is possible to determine a zone of homeokinetic plateau with the help of regressive dependence between the sustainability level of enterprise functioning and total prime cost of a ton of mined minerals taking into account its price.
