IMPLEMENTATION OF FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN INVESTMENTS ATTRACTION INTO THE GREEN CONSTRUCTION SECTOR IN UKRAINIAN REGIONS
Abstract
In the article problems green construction sector development are investigated. The
basic principles implementation trends in socially responsible investment in
construction are considered. Experience of foreign countries on creation of the
stimulating mechanisms in green construction development and investment into this
sphere are analysed. Assistance of the international organizations in implementing of
sustainable development basic principles in construction is considered. In the article is
carried out the analysis of Ukraine legislative base on using ecological principles in
construction. The ecological account on protection of atmospheric air in Ukraine
construction sphere is submitted. The directions of regional management in construction
and environmental spheres are systematized. Dynamics of development construction sphere in Ukrainian national and regional level are characterized. In the article are
offered tools for introduction into strategic and tactical development plans which will
stimulate development of green construction in Ukraine.
