Abstract

Historical analysis shows that the military economy is characterized by high dynamism and uneven development. In the last century, military-economic activity in various countries of the world underwent deep shifts, which led to the transformation of methods of economic support for military construction. Profound changes in the nature of the state's military needs demanded a transition to a new type of military economy, fundamentally different from the former in terms of basic qualitative and quantitative parameters, the system of organization and management, forms of relationships with the military organization of the state, the general economy and other areas of social activity. Economic analysis in the management system of production costs of large industrial enterprises has an undeniably significant value, which is manifested in the provision of relevant information about cause-and-effect relationships in the behavior of costs and the effectiveness of their management. "Economic analysis is the most important component of economic sciences, it decisively determines the reliability and reliability of the conclusions drawn in relation to the state, development prospects and efficiency of business entities of various levels. The current state of economic analysis characterizes it as a theoretically well-developed science. The methods of analysis created in previous periods are being adapted and improved to the new economic conditions. However, analytical science is in a state of development, which is determined by objective reasons related to changes in the economy (expansion of the independence of economic entities in the implementation of their activities, shifting of priorities towards the interests of company owners, etc.). In general, it can be said that analytical science is in a state of development, the methods of analysis of the use of the economic potential of enterprises, production of products, their cost price, and the financial condition of enterprises developed in previous periods require clarification, addition and adaptation to new business conditions. The wars of the last century prompted scientists from different countries to study the state of the economy during the period of war. As the experience gained in the 20th century shows, wars are won not only by a strong army, but also by an equally strong economy. And the military economy, in turn, needs an effective management mechanism, which is formed based on the study of practical and theoretical experience. Therefore, the study of the issue of war economy is very important and especially relevant in our time.
