ІНТЕРНАЦІОНАЛІЗАЦІЯ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИХ ПРИВАТНИХ ЗАКЛАДІВ СЕРЕДНЬОЇ ОСВІТИ: ДОСВІД ДЛЯ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
З кінця ХХ століття посилення процесів глобалізації призводить до трансформації світового ринку освітніх послуг, який приймає форму транскордонної освіти. Це сприяє розвитку освітньої конкуренції, яка спонукає країни підвищувати свою міжнародну конкурентоспроможність, в тому числі за рахунок поєднання національної культурної ідентичність та міжнародних стандартів освітніх послуг. І саме заклади початкової та середньої освіти, які є одними з головних компонентів, що формують систему цінностей і переконань у суспільстві, на першому етапі залучають своїх учнів до міжнародного середовища. Запропоновано використання закордонного досвіду з метою вирішенні питання зменшення плинність вчителів і підвищення спроможність інтернаціоналізації українських закладів середньої освіти: перехід від школи знань до школи компетентностей; персоналізація освіти; полегшення на державному рівні доступу до національних і міжнародних наукових інфраструктур; поглиблення співпраці з науковою діаспорою; розробка МОН механізму міжнародної мобільності вчителів українських закладів середньої освіти.
