МІЖНАРОДНА ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНА ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ ТНК В УМОВАХ ВИКЛИКІВ ЦИФРОВОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ
Анотація
Статтю присвячено дослідженню впливу цифрової економіки на інвестиційну діяльність транснаціональних компаній. Виявлено основні чинники, тенденції та сегменти розвитку цифрової економіки. Досліджено вплив цифрової економіки на трансформацію моделей ведення господарської діяльності компаніями. Виокремлено та проаналізовано групи цифрових транснаціональних компаній. Автором узагальнено виклики для майбутнього розвитку міжнародної інвестиційної діяльності ТНК в умовах прискореного розвитку цифрової економіки та виділено ініціативи для трансформації та розвитку їх інвестиційної діяльності в цифровій економіці. Виявлено взаємовплив розвитку цивровізації та інвестиційних ініціатив з позиції різних суб’єктів економічної системи.
