РУШІЇ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ ЕКОСИСТЕМИ ЗАКЛАДІВ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ В ПОСТІНДУСТРІАЛЬНОМУ СУСПІЛЬСТВІ
Анотація
Актуальні зміни соціально-економічних реалій безпосередньо пов'язані з гіперактивним розвитком інновацій на тлі всебічної цифрової трансформації. У статті проаналізовано рушії структурних перетворень економіки в постіндустріальному суспільстві, зміщення акцентів у бік збільшення частки наукомістких виробництв, встановлено як інноваційні технології, глобальний доступ до продукції та знань, інформаційно-комунікаційні технології змінюють очікування споживачів, стимулюють кастомізацію ціннісної пропозиції, мотивують відповідальне споживання. Як наслідок, компанії постають перед труднощами в пошуку працівників, здатних розв'язувати складні комплексні задачі та адаптуватися до умов, що змінюються. У студії з'ясовується роль закладу вищої освіти як ключового актора у формуванні людського потенціалу, можливості та переваги у проєктуванні освітньо-наукового процесу, інтегрованості в систему міжнародного обміну знаннями, трансферу інновацій, взаємодії зі стейкхолдерами. Визначено потенціал кластерних утворень у сталому розвитку території.
