ОГЛЯД ОСНОВНИХ ДЖЕРЕЛ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ПРОБЛЕМ БУХГАЛТЕРСЬКОГО ОБЛІКУ ТА ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО АНАЛІЗУ ПРОЦЕСІВ ЕВАКУАЦІЇ ПРОМИСЛОВИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ
Анотація
Історичний аналіз показує, що військова економіка відрізняється високою динамічністю та нерівномірністю розвитку. У минулому столітті у військово-економічній діяльності у різних країнах світу відбувалися глибокі зрушення, що зумовили трансформацію способів економічного забезпечення воєнного будівництва. Глибинні зміни у характері військових потреб держави зажадали переходу до нового типу воєнної економіки, принципово відрізняється від колишнього по основним якісним та кількісним параметрам, системі організації та управління, формам взаємозв'язків із військовою організацією держави, загальною економікою та іншими галузями суспільної діяльності. Війни минулого століття спонукали вчених різних країн вивчати питання стану економіки під час періоду ведення війни. Як показує досвід здобутий у ХХ столітті, війни виграє не тільки сильна армія, але й не менш сильна економіка. А військова економіка в свою чергу потребує ефективного механізму управління, який сформований на вивченню практичного та теоретичного досвіду. Тому, дослідження питання воєнної економіки є дуже важливими та особливо актуальними у наш час.
